The worst nightmare finally showed up. But I never expected to meet with this fate at my accidental best friend's wedding. At first, the door lock of my room got broken after Jhanvi’s annoying cousins bumped into it. I am not a fan of changing in the bathroom, when I am at home—I change in my wardrobe or in my room, but I couldn't do that here so I decided to take a bath and change in the bathroom itself but then out of nowhere another kid stormed into my room and said he’ll use the washroom.
Fine by me, but the problems didn't stop here. I asked Jhanvi if I could shower in her bathroom and she agreed to it, but the moment I was ready to wash the shampoo off my hair, the shower suddenly stopped working.
I waited there for five minutes, but the water didn't come back so at least I managed to wear the bathrobe and stepped outside. The shampoo had already gone in my eyes, making it difficult for me to see anything, so I closed my eyes and decided to seek help from Jhanvi.
“Jhanvi,” I cried trying to open my eyes but the moment it burns, I close them shut. “Jhanvi please, it's burning my eyes. Do you have water in the jug? At least help me wash my eyes.” She doesn't respond to my words, but I do hear footsteps in the room.
